How do I pay?
We accept cash, check, Apple Pay and Venmo. Price is predetermined at time of order. Payment is due at time of delivery or pick up. For larger orders, a deposit may be required.
How do I place an order?
Go to our "Contact" page and send me a message! I will get back to you about details and confirm pricing. This way I can ensure all your needs are met and details are confirmed before you place an order.
Do I have to order a menu item?
What is so exciting about ordering from me is that we can customize any cake you want! The menu items provide a good base for how many people you need to serve and the gallery can spark some flavor combination inspiration but I love new ideas! Please reach out if you are interested in trying something new.
How much notice do I need to give you?
Please provide at least 2-weeks notice. However, if you are looking to place an order with less than 2-weeks notice, please reach out as soon as possible and we may be able to make it work based on our current availability. Best rule of thumb: the more time the better!
Do you make wedding cakes?
I would love to help you celebrate you and your partners special day! Contact me directly for pricing and to brainstorm ideas. We can set up a cake tasting and chat more about the details of your special day! Make sure to bring all your ideas and inspiration to this meeting.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an order please do so with at least 1 weeks notice. If within 1-week we do ask that you pay for at least 50% of your order but will be determined on a case by case basis.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan items?
I do not have experience making these items. However, if you reach out and want to learn along with me I would be happy to test out some new recipes with you to meet your specific needs.
Do you deliver and is there a fee?
We do deliver with a fee. All deliveries within a 15 mile radius of Sunnyslope Park in Salem OR will be charged a $10 delivery fee. Anything outside of 15 miles will be charged $10 delivery fee +$1 per mile that exceeds the 15 mile radius. You can also pick up your order for free!
