About Me

Hi there! My name is Alexa - the founder of Joyful Baking Co. I have a long history of baking and was always in the kitchen as a little girl with my mom. I still remember the first time I made cookies on my own without adult supervision... it was a big day! I have always found comfort in baking and I am excited grow my skills in something that I love so much.

My favorite part of making desserts is watching peoples face when they first see something I have made them, then again when they try the first bite. I am always peeking around the corner when my husband tries something new to catch and glimpse of his face. It brings me so much happiness to make someones day better by making them a delicious treat. Ultimately, I want to make the best product and ensure that your event or special day is full of smiles and mouthfuls of delicious sweets!
